IMO, not every broker or MM is "squeaky clean." Some will do anything for money.
That being the case, a sell-out would mean those who have shares backed up by REAL certs would sell to Baida and those with fake shares would have to get their money from the brokers, MMs or shorts at the going rate.

All IMO.
