From what we know, All RCCH has to do is show Business, any business, even $50 dollars worth of business to the SEC to get this 'suspend shell' off!

This is inaccurate and has been explained. RCCH will come off suspension at the date and time stated in the SEC suspension notice. It will commence trading on the grey market once it comes off suspension.

To regain normal trading, Rcch needs to file a Form 10 and get a MM to file a form 211. Both need to be approved by the regulators.

It also has to work with the DTC on removing the global lock.

But neither precludes Geno from providing info on what business RCCH is doing if any.
