Did the company offer explanation why they raised A/S to 5.5 Billion? VNDM obviously has a major amount of shares hidden under his 10K shares on the ask. Im curious why they would "retire" shares, then raise A/S.

Seems like a contradiction.

Thoughts? I don't want another no bid penny like LTN* QAS* IDG* ELR* DNA*

I've seen so many go NO BID here it's making me puke and some are MMJ stock
