Stall tactic, the judge was ready to hand down a summary judgement and Advisory now claims there may be missing email evidence from the now inactive mail server system once operated by FUND.COM that would indicate some new evidence. They don't clearly point out what they are looking for they just point out that if the email from the previous site cannot now bring up old emails they want proof.

This is a joke, this judge should see this for what it is and nail these guys to the cross. Obviously email is a 2-way street, if they say something was sent then wouldn't they have a copy themselves? This is nothing more than blatant stalling and an attempt to diminish the lawsuit payment amount.
