KMAG - They don't "leak" information to the short sellers. The short sellers pay investigative reporters handsomely.

Leaking suspension info to shorts !!

When the insider information is acquired through "investigative journalism", those leaking the insider information to others who are profiting from the information, are protected by a number of journalism legal bullshit "clauses".

KMAG is the prototypical target for those off-shore, most likely in the Bahamas. Or was it Belize this time.

Who knows, who cares...

The fact of the matter is that the brokers are wiring those ill-gotten gains from US Brokerage accounts to offshore entities who further launder the money in order to evade taxes.

Should get interesting once the hammer begins dropping.
