It's just speculation on my part. The claims are not run of the mill creditor claims that may or may not receive a distribution, they are for fraud, so maybe they get special treatement.

Admittedly it is extremely strange to see a claim against Lehman transferred to Lehman. I mean, they sure aren't going to settle with themselves now! How are "regular" settled claims recorded on the docket?
