My overall impression is that they found some better raw materials late in the process that they tested in the fuel cell lab models, that improved the power so significantly that they felt they had to upgrade the vehicle fuel cell immediately as well, and note that they mentioned this in the last PRs (and they said March, not the first day or week of march in the last PR, but March!!!), and then they also ran into some bad off the shelf parts they had to replace in the vehicle and vehicle-interface that delayed them as well. None of which requires an 8-K or is worth the cost of a PR to update daily, to tell us what we already know anyway, that it has been delayed....

Like I said in another post today, I think the new material they have had delivery problems with, for the new improved fuel cell, is a research grade material, not in stock, not off the shelf (yet) too new, and thus not available off the shelf for 3 day air freight, and thus the delays getting it (perhaps the supplier is having production and QA/QC problems making it, it happens, perhaps the production lot volume is too small and has a scheduling problem at the supplier plant, it is so new, or they had a production machine failure, who knows?) which tells me just how cutting edge this fuel cell and vehicle will be from MVTG smile

Keep in mind I have spent 40 years in the R&D and cutting edge new product manufacturing sector as an engineer, chemical, environmental and industrial....and I am use to these delays, they are common for us!!!! And I have 40 years of patent experience, and the patents are why I am invested long term in MVTG!!!!!
