I put a buy in with out a limit when it was at .04 and it sold 14000 to me at .045 without the stock moving up to that point. Usually it will move to the buy or sell point at least briefly, but I may have missed it. These stocks trade slowly and sometimes will buy or sell in pieces rather than all at once, sometimes it misses all together such as in your case.
