NBIX factoid: It’s been one and a half years since the NDAs were filed for the two forms of Indiplon (“immediate release” and “modified release”). This has not been a smooth process (the initial submissions were rejected due to "electronic formatting" issues), and I think it’s fair to say that NBIX screwed up by insisting on doing the NDA submissions with minimal input from PFE.
