It will of course for those that read all the information from PACER also attract the attention that there is a SECOND clinical trial besides the 2nd ln NSCLC PII which appears in the PPHM vs CSM filings. The fact that it are the CSM lawyers that mentioned it at least takes away the doubt that it is just PPHM saying it.

I am waiting to find the beginning of statements/listings/evidence/PR/etc that could identify what file that was or find a peace of information that shows what other CTs of PPHM CSM was working on.

My primary candidate remains the 1st ln NSCLC PII CT because of the abnormal results.
