yes, indeed - i think we're all feeling this way: the only fear I have is not holding any when it does hit 20. i'm holding UCO in two accounts - flipping one set of shares, scaling into the other to go long. it would be painful to watch on the sidelines when oil finally makes its big move north. the political aspect is so volatile. only a matter of time.
