Not trying to diminish what you're saying as I'm sure some the short shares can be defined as the poster you copied says, however sho report by Finra is what we have as reference and when the % of short shares is so high it is a bit telling. We all know that MMs also short and later replenish their inventory at a lesser price and sometimes are squeezed.
