10,000,000 shares converted @ .10 is $1,000,000. Seems to me that they would be fine with minimal dilution hitting the share structure and pay off their just short of $1,000,000 worth of convertible debt.

100,000,000 shares @ .01.

Plus the 200,000,000 or so of preferred to account for. A/S could be dropped down to 400 - 500 Mil post R/S and MELY should be fine.

Let's see how it all plays out. Got about a week left.
