OT: Disconnect and shut down, open the case and use a can of blow off on the circuit boards ( I did that this weekend and now my scanner and printer work again), then reconnect. Sometimes I get good line speed but a lousy connection, so I hang up and redial. Of course, if your on high speed that doesn't matter. Do a spyware/adware check then defrag then restart.
