RonnieD. It is my understanding North-West is a private company while NDOL is public with about 230 million shares. North-West is contributing with 59% assets and obviously with about 350 millions shares to reflect their assets contribution. Even Parker said it'll be about 580 millions share in the new company totally valued at $1.25 billion wich will bring everyone (existing NDOL and new shareholders from North-Wesr a $2.20/share. So the extra 350 million shares is not dilution but North-West participation into the total pie.
