what is your background? Are you a lawyer? In finance? What makes you a subject matter expert?
I'll repeat it one more time. You have one pie. You have options to slice the pie. Your current share of the total pie will not be affected by ANY way they decide to slice it. Splitting the pie does not create or destroy shareholder value.
Read up on share splits or stock dividends. The principle at work is somewhat similar.
