I'm not sure what you are getting at. The only portion of that information that has any relation to the Smart Ventures PR is the paragraph on the hydroelectric power projects. But with the Inga projects being located in Bas Congo Province, about as far away from Maniema Province as you can get, there is really no connection here to Smart Ventures at all.

The site for the project is in Bas Congo, a province at the extreme south-west of DRC.
