I concur completely with your post. This thread is not a place for personal attacks on anyone and I would appreciate if all sides will abstain. I have not followed the arguments but caught glimpses here and there, quite ugly, occasionally we can take visits from Mark Rubinstein, but that should be enough. No need to quibble between different posters, all of which have important contributions, whether we agree or not with their points of view.

As for the market, surprise, surprise, till that BPCOMPQ actually turns and trounces its own 14 DMA, I would be very careful with ventures onto the dark side... I just added BRCM here in premarket at $25 flat and waiting for two or three additional executions to go through. After a sharp up opening, my map has a downturn into 10:30 or so and then a lengthy lunch ramp. After that a slow decline putting us about half way down from the morning peak, with right now, an "unknown" closing.
