, the company has not filed any 8k's about financing agreements other than the Magna line and as the CEO stated on his conference call none of the monies has been accessed. even the commitment fee is restricted for six months.

The debt that was settled in 2014 was settled at $0.04 which is Florida state minimum. so it is not them. The Company has indicated that they believe the stock is being manipulated by Bryan Collins and Samuel Oshana whom own Greystone and IBC funds.

No Idea can succeed except at the expense of endurance; having a hand in easing the suffering of millions is worth the pain of not knowing if we were right all along or just dreamers of a world where friends and family suffer no more.
