RE: your last para about offers JB found unacceptable...

This has been a question of mine for at least two years. I think it is logical that JB has had some low ball offers, esp on Tombstone, but we may not know for a long time. But, again, with 10 to 12 to 15 entities showing some interest, I don't think it is a stretch.

As far as reverse split, I do have my own personal prejudice against it. Just for an example, a short time before the last R/S I had bought a million shares at .001. Suddenly, those shares were 250,000 in number and the share price went back down to .001. I was not thrilled. Anyway, there is something hopeful in the verbiage of the news release where it describes Brent Gross's "innovative and financially attractive" proposal that leaves the possibility open for some type of tentative deal. All it takes is ONE deal that IS acceptable to LBSR...
