Apology readily accepted, as indeed your assumption was incorrect.
I have been involved with Sphere3d for quite some time, and spent the first year reading as opposed to contributing to the discussions. I understand that you are aware of the shorts, and was simply trying to find evidence of written word where they would have the gall to call BS on an official public company news release, knowing that there are legal implications to making false statements in such releases. Therefore, it is clear that they seem to be grasping at straws for the moment, perhaps fearing that there wiggle room is getting tighter and tighter. That said, I was not very pleased to see them find the ability to take us from 11 to 3.5 , and hope that the reverse can be done just as quickly.
I was kind of surprised that they managed to drop it so easily today after the revenue guidance, but imagine that selling shares to each other a few pennies lower at a time can make for some movement. Luckily, we are not here just for a quick buck like they seem to be. They probably need it more than we do if they are inclined to take such risks.
BTW...FYI...........I reside in beautiful Salinas, Ecuador, far removed from the nasty games of TO's Baystreet.
