The Supreme Court finally issued the judgment yesterday, remanding the TEVA patent litigation back to the Federal Circuit for consideration under the "clear error" standard. With Momenta's litigation record, it is surprising that the Court did not wait longer than usual (Momenta having asked for the opposite), but this seems to be a couple of days under typical.
