Why? It is a fact. The CEO has lied to shareholders about dilution and what they where buying per PR's last Spring. When QASP diluted billions in 2014 after CEO said no dilution last spring. What do you call it? She was even telling people done deal in May early June. Yet that was for deal in Pr's and never closed them. Instead bought some small store that loses money per filings. Clearly not adding value worth issuing billions more shares. This has been pattern of her and all CEO's of QASP. Talk big game, never produce results worth issuing billions of shares. Never creating based on results anything of value to justify issuing so many shares.
