Agree. Another fact is this has been in a solid down trend for the last 12 months.
I also expect that to continue after this 10Q and CC. That's not an indictment on ELTP as a company or saying this company will never have its day, but I just don't see this as investable yet. The volume, price action, and dilution tell so. Maybe 2016 will see a turning of the corner for ELTP the ticker. Just my $.02
