My read is that when they have something of importance (a material event), they disclose it.

So true, so true.. wasn't there a discussion in the past about how Peregrine Management didn't realize that they had to PR the appointment of Carlton Johnson? Could the reason be that they thought it was an immaterial event which wasn't anything of importance? I guess they were right about the COB Appointment. His appointment so far has provided no value to the Shareholders.
