Sorry TTjack, wish I could help you. Website and story seem to be a feel good story. The website it was posted on looks like some type of provincial educational website. The only way you may get your questions answered is to contact the author or website. Questions as to why something may or may not have been mentioned can only be answered by those who wrote the article.

The points I took from the article is that it parallels what others on this board were told by former board members. That Wang is planning a move to HK exchange. GL and take care.
