Funny part about that alot of people said this e-mail response from Sadler Gibb was fake and now they are supposedly using an unnamed auditor. Guess they don't want anyone contacting them LOL

We are the auditor of record in the eyes of the SEC. I'm not aware of any current audit progress at this point and we have not issued an audit report on their financial statements.
Please direct further communication or inquiries regarding financial reporting to them.
