I had a no-bid no-volume stock that was dead for 5 years. No R/S, no halt, no BK, no news, nothing. Suddenly after 5 years, CEO says they're working on getting current and that the O/S hasn't changed all those years. I ended up with a 22-bagger.

I expect ICTY to get suspended/revoked or to run briefly, but we may not know for many years what will happen.
