This THLD is heavily owned by institutions but I think whats more important with this stock is the fact that if you look at the insider sales? Someone obviously knew something because there was a ton of dumping and also yesterday ahead of the news same thing.. That alone is probably why its been hit so mercilessly all day at the ask- the 'other' shoe theory or roach theory whichever you prefer : )

I ended up having to chances to get out and never took them so the last bounce to 3.38 I took and lost a whooping .02 hehe. This morning it missed my sell by a few pennies- a few pennies above where Mars got out this morning.

Real nice read on the tape he had early this morning fwiw..
