saw and already posted that a couple pages back and is not the point.. 8k or 8 k/a is used to report material events and/or any changes with these previously announced material events because as was stated a couple posts back r/s split wording in that 10q is not clear imo, and if it was then there would be no posts here raising the question as to whether it was gonna happen or not....
