nice post volgoat. BlackRock and Ken Dart both have filed SEC form 13D's holding 5%+ ownership in Peregrine is quite amazing. For one, BlackRock has never sold out of a position and bought back in the following year and continued to accumulate millions of shares... as they now hold a 6.7% in PPHM. As for Ken Dart... he now holds 5.4% stake and many investors follow these two parties and buy after they have discovered they are accumulating. I expect both to continue to accumulate and expect many others to follow in their path.
