Watch the institutional investment increase as we get closer to PCP Q4 results being posted. I expect PCP to beat the analyst's forecast and for the stock to jump up PS by the middle of May.
3rd Qtr held back by GE & RR not wanting inventory at their Year end.
4th qtr will recover and bounce up.
