I guarantee you that Thomas has no idea. It's anyone's guess. IMO they are possibly working on an agreement/ settlement offer. I don't see this as a quick negotiation considering there's tens on millions of dollars at stake. If the negotiations fail they would need to schedule a hearing date for the summary judgement which could take months. I don't see this going to trial though. I feel strongly if they don't settle out of court Fund will win the summary judgement. I'm guesting this could be settled in anywhere from 2-6 months and possibly longer if it goes to a summary judgement.
