pphm's level of institutional investment is a negative not positive.

The facts are BlackRock and Eastern Capital have continued to buy millions of shares as you have been ranting for the past year...

Obviously, they are not listening, nor do they agree with you.

I asked before, and will ask again:

When was the last time that BlackRock has "SOLD OUT" of a position and that same position had increased (almost doubled) in Outstanding Shares and BlackRock buys back in, continues to buy back in, doubles their position... continues to buy until they now hold 6.7% ??

Answer: It has only happened once in their history of BlackRock investing and which stock ? Peregrine Pharmaceuticals PPHM

------------------------------------------------------

Next, name the last stock that BlackRock and Eastern Capital have both been 5%+ shareholders in and what happened with that stock?

-----------------------------------------------------

On a final note and a little hint of what happened above... is how many investors and hedge funds follow BlackRock and Ken Dart accumulating stocks? Once many have seen this trend of continued accumulation and they connect the dots... your latest argument will shift even further away from the science and from Institutional Ownership debates.

Puzzle Piecs will continue to flow in as well....
