For your perusal....
Some thoughts on getting the coveted daily open short interest report initiative off the ground.

It's purpose was to establish a planned starting point and to elicit additional ideas from the Turnip Patch community.

C'mon folks.... surely some of you must have some thoughts and ideas on getting this project up and running.
