LMAO---Liberty doesn't file (or not) because they are quoted on the OTCQB, or the OTC Pink, or the 3rd Moon of Saturn Exchange...

they file with the SEC because they have a class of shares registered under Section 12(g) of the Act....period

Liberty is mandated to file with the SEC until and unless they file a 15-12G---which would be a bad idea
