Not according to MSHA and since they are the regulatory body I think I will take their word for it and not a message board's information. Note that MSHA reports non-producing and zero hours reported by the current operator. So the facts are that there has been zero mining at the Ruby Mine since it has been in NBRI's control. Again, zero mining.
