Current demand for Intel products appears to be considerably lower than it was expected to be, partly because total demand is down and partly becaue AMD has had some success in educating the market that performance is not always equal to mhz.

AMD has lost marketshare not Intel so I am not sure where you come up with your whole statement..???

If I were an amd investor I would be a little disconcerted about this, since most growth is in notebooks.


It's strange you would point to an article that shows why Intel has been gaining marketshare from AMD, since you seem to be trying to say that AMD is doing better.
