No. The AS increasing is definitely bad, not good at all! But both the OTC tier upgrading and "Active" Nevada status are surely good! Also the new business direction is very good since the so-called gold-mining business cost too much money which is usually unaffordable for a no-positive-book-value and no-positive-income company like SAGD...
