A Passage from one of Marks interviews:

Quote: Now Mark believes he can do it again and bring NioCorp's Elk Creek into production. Elk Creek could be just as strategically important and lucrative than Mountain Pass.

Mark said this long before he knew about the astounding phase111 drill results, adding many years to the mine life at a minimum, and the 0.71% industry record recovery rates!

I have find Mark chooses his words carefully and I haven't found him to miss-step yet, so for him to say that he thinks Elk Creek could be in the same league as Mountain Pass Mine speaks volumes to me!

There are some similarities, such as, Mountain Pass is the only rare earth element mine in the U.S. but unfortunately China has a strangle hold on REE's worldwide!
China can't manipulate or control niobium!! they import 100%......that is a Hugh difference.IMO

I will stick with my prediction that Nio's S/P will reach( medium double digits ) at some point between now and the next two years! MO
