Exactly! What is the point of having "Authorized Shares" if they can just change it like the weather. It's like ordering a large pizza and you find out when the delivery guy shows up that they changed their large pizza to the size of a small pizza and still call it a large! LOL.... shareholder equity tanked when they announced this little gem of a dilution! Enjoy your tiny pizza! smile
