When Barry finally decided to do audited financials (for whatever reason), revenues went down by about 50%. All the old unaudited numbers turned out to be garbage. The truth of the matter is that he couldn't take it any longer, and if you are honest you will also admit that I say he had no other choice but to go legit to keep the ball rolling. And you will also admit that crooks, sometime decide to do something legit because they realize that it pays off better. This man had gone on for more than a decade doing things illegitimately and the well was running dry. Also, if you recall, two, three years back the talk was about going to the NASDAQ, which is an uplist. But now everybody here wants to call moving up a tier an uplist, which didn't use to be the case. Also, the OTC relaxed the rules for the QB. So get things in perspective. And the fact remains that when this company went public in 2000, the price, adjusted for the reverse split was $120.00.

It looks like during the past two years he finally realized that the crooked game was paying. But, meantime he took millions from investors, and now he is changing his tune, not because he discovered honesty but because the old game wasn't working. So, get your bearings straight and don't selectively pick my info. I've been doing business with businesses for more than forty years, and I have seen too many people beat their heads against the wall, and then, at the eleventh hour, do what they should have done on the first. However, on most, the clock ran out and they never changed their minds.

I can't tell you the numbers of times I heard someone say: "You say I never would do that, but I did." Yeah, years after, they finally put the breaks on because they were heading for complete disaster. The only thing that is certain in this world is that sometimes down the line there will be change. We will never know why BH decided to change the game plan after more than thirteen years doing it the sleazy way. But that don't mean he is not still doing it the sleazy way; it only means that he is most likely making a big effort to cover his tracks.
