Sure, as long as it has to do with the program. I saw the posts regarding the funders, etc. I would like to keep the topic to the actual content.. "Is JAG good?" "Are the ladies as hot as they are rumored to be?" "DO they know what they are talking about" that kind of thing.

The iBox does not spell this out.

Needless to say, one of the upcoming rules is NO private company boards whatsoever. Thus, the general affiliate discussion board, so we can still guage what the community thinks of their respective product offerings and if they add value to iHub.

I don't understand this rule at all. It sounds like you are saying "no private company boards, except if they are affiliated with iHub, and then you can only talk about the program as we have defined".

BTW: a company that is pre-IPO is still a private company. Gonna restrict those too?

As far as I am concerned, if a private company is designated as an affiliate of iHub, they are immediately open to the same scrutiny as iHub is. And credibility is one of the things that should be considered fair game.
