Indeed, you and I have seen the positive results of Shelf filings. Remember when I alerted TNXP the day after a shelf filing. I told you, they are going to run it. It went 400% within a week. Of course we've also seen stupid companies mess it up, but overall we understand that publicly traded companies are public so they can sell shares. If we assume that always means they'll kill the shareholder, then what are we here for?
