CAGLE10,

I could not agree with you more...I too have (in the past and present) been very critical of JF and his apparent views of "American" shareholders (still one of the dumbest statements I have ever heard from a CEO) and his ability to obtain and maintain an increasing share valuation.

It is my opinion, that with the bright future of GZFX that even facing dilution due to GGI conversions that the shareprice should still be seeing a steady rise in price. That is if the company were committed to attracting new investors to purchase shares of the company. This is One area that I believe the company has performed very badly in.

Some important questions that should be addressed to attract buyers...(the webcast is a good start, and let us all pray that CC mentions the rollout in their update)....

(1) Why are PRs no longer picked up by E-Trade?

The last PR to be posted by E-trade for GZFX was on MAR 13th announcing the wallst net interview.

(2) Why do we not have more frequent communications to the shareholders from our CEO?

Letters to the shareholders announcing future plans for growth and establishing timelines for growth are a great way to attract new investors. JF has to sell the companies vision for growth and development.

(3) Does GZFX have any plans to hire a good, highly respected investment relations and PR firm? One that could proof read would be a good start also.

(4) When do we get an update on the AAFES status?

Any statement regarding how this is moving forward and a suggested time for completion would be well received by the investment community (IMO)....and should attract new investors to buy shares.

Let's face it, the shareprice is still a gift, and the company needs to make sure that new investors are aware of just how much potential this company has.....thus far, they have failed....in my humble opinion.
