The "insiders" sell the shares that they own. Back in 2010 they did a 1-for-20 reverse split, and left the old stockholders with less than 20 million shares while awarding themselves, directly or through Pangea about 150 million shares from the new filing to increase the AS. Little by little they handed out all the other shares to a selected group, and they are selling whenever they can. Practically all of the shares are now in the public domain. At some point in time, they will execute another increase in the AS. This is a simple filing that has to be done with the state and reported to the SEC. It is nothing but paperwork. But it is alright by me if you insist in putting your money here. It's your money after all. I am just warning those who think this is investment grade.
