i was around back then, and it was a VERY big deal about the share count.

frank olsen LIED about that share count.
what, he "forgot" raising the share-count 67% from 15b to 25b three months previously?

on 2/10/2004 7:01:00 AM, he released an INCORRECT and FALSE statement to the press saying the company only had 15b a/s. the a/s had been at 25b for 3 months.


frank olsen is the one that raised the a/s to 25b.

11/03/03 Amendment to Article V: The capital stock of this corporation shall consist of 25,000,000,000 shares at no par value


frank olsen is the one that raised the a/s to 15b.

07/21/03 Amendment to Article V: The capital stock of this corporation shall consist of 15,000,000,000 shares at no par value


frank olsen is the one that raised the a/s to 10b.

04/23/03 Amendment to Article V: The capital stock of this corporation shall consist of 10,000,000,000 shares at no par value


frank olsen is the one that raised the a/s to 7.5b.

03/03/03 Amendment to Article V: The capital stock of this corporation shall consist of 7,500,000,000 shares at no par value



now, what special "knowledge" do YOU require to be able to conclude that frank olsen made a false statement on a certain date? documented.

...frank olsen doesn't remember raising the a/s about every 3 months like clockwork?
doesn't know where he is in the 'cycle'?

...maybe the press got the dates wrong? not even. no one else to blame.

disagree. in fact, it's pretty staightforward. the ceo of a publicly traded company released a statement about the shares of that company to the press on a certain date.

who else would be better qualified to know the amount of shares of the company at that particlar moment in time than frank olsen?
the very same person responsible for raising the amount of shares each and every time.



he is the ceo, company spokesman, the man in charge. the taker of all of our investor dollars.

...the buck (millions and millions of them) stops with him.



alot of people have lost alot of money due to lying and deceit...from the "visionary"....frank olsen.
