The OTCShortreport is absolute garbage that is meaningless and I am going to destroy the myth very quickly.

PHOT was suspended by the SEC and is now trading on the greys - on the greys MMs don't provide any quotes so there isn't any shorting.

But on February 09, 2015 the OTCShortreport reported that PHOT had 42.80% short sales - and we all know that is impossible on the greys.

The OTChortreport is for penny stock pumpers to use to explain away the depressed PPS.

Seems many noobie investors keep falling for this stuff.
