Well, excuuuuse me! LOL. I didn't take my time to read the post to which I was replying to see that now a tier change in the OTC is considered uplisting. Anyway, way back when BH tooted his horn about this matter, it was to go to the NASDAQ, which is indeed an uplist. The OTC has basically four tiers, the QX, QB, Pink and grey, with a number of sub-tiers, such as Current, Limited and No reporting, etc.. Next thing, if ever convenient, some here will be calling the sub-tiers up listing. I was also not aware that the requirements for listing in the QB tier had been somewhat relaxed and that it is only because of that change that BCCI qualifies. WOW, you are really grasping at straws to say that all that I have ever said is invalid. LOL. and ROTFL.
