if Lloyd Fan gets no funding it's over....expenses don't get paid with no funding. To me it would have been better to stand behind QTN and try to get this network back up in the air and get these folks back to work. People do a lot of talking here but the bottom line is Lloyd Fan and his ability to get financing.
